At Odieoni, our goal is to deliver not only quality products but also a clear, predictable, and trustworthy shipping experience — whether you’re ordering from the United States or Uganda. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order is processed, packed, and delivered.
1. Where We Ship From
All orders, regardless of destination, are processed and shipped directly from our internal workspace and inventory center located at: 13312 Coachford Ave, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States. We do not outsource or use third-party fulfillment centers.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

U.S. overseas territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa)
If you attempt to place an order with a restricted address, the system will block the transaction or request an update before checkout can be completed.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping to both U.S. and Uganda, with clear, fixed fees shown at checkout. You will not be charged any additional taxes, customs, or shipping surcharges beyond what is clearly displayed on your order confirmation.

All fees are displayed at checkout before you complete payment, so there are no surprises.
4. Processing Time
We begin preparing your order as soon as it is received. Our internal operations team works Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days. Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. All items are physically in stock and ready to ship — there is no production delay for ready-made items.
5. Delivery Times by Location
We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. shipments, and DHL or FedEx International for Uganda, depending on your location and delivery needs.

7. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including:

Your unique tracking number

A direct link to track the order through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL
Please note: It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to show the first update, especially during weekends or public holidays.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package every item carefully, but if anything goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with any damage, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Attach photos of:

The damaged product

The outer shipping box (including shipping label)

Your order number
We’ll investigate and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the severity.
Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived:

Wait at least 14 business days (U.S.) or 16 business days (Uganda) from the shipment date

Contact us if your tracking has not updated in 7+ days
We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll issue a reshipment at no extra cost or a refund, based on your preference.
9. Changing or Canceling Orders
We understand that mistakes happen.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped (tracking assigned), cancellation is no longer possible.
