At Odieoni, we take great pride in the quality of every shirt we offer. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for clothing orders shipped to the U.S. and Uganda.

1. Which Orders Are Eligible for Return?
You may return a clothing item if:

It arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You no longer want the item (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, different preference)

The item meets our return condition checklist (see section 2)
This policy applies to all orders delivered to both:

🇺🇬 Uganda
You have 90 calendar days from the day your package was marked as delivered to request a return.
2. Return Condition Checklist (Required for All Returns)
Before sending anything back, please ensure:
The item is in new condition:

Never worn

Never washed
-
Free from stains, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or any damage
All original tags and labels are still attached
The item is folded neatly in the original packaging or equivalent (clean, sealable, shock-resistant)
A copy of the invoice or order confirmation is included in the return package
For international returns (Uganda), customs form is filled out as “Return” to avoid border rejection
Returns will be denied if the item arrives with any of the following:

Signs of wear or washing

Missing or damaged tags

No proof of purchase

Arrives beyond the 90-day window

Was marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Custom-made/personalized item (unless defective)
3. Return Categories
A. Returns Due to Our Error (Free)
If your order arrives:

With damage (holes, tears, factory stains, broken seams, misaligned print)

In the wrong size, color, or style
-
With defective function (e.g., zipper failure, printing error)
We take full responsibility. Solution: You can choose between:

A free replacement, shipped immediately (subject to availability)

A full refund, including original shipping fee
Return shipping is 100% free — we will provide a prepaid return label (for both U.S. and Uganda).
B. Returns Initiated by Customer (Paid)
If your product is in perfect condition but:

You ordered the wrong size

You changed your mind
-
The item doesn’t match your personal style or expectations
You’re still welcome to return it — but return shipping is your responsibility. Return costs:

U.S.: Use any carrier of your choice (we recommend USPS or UPS)

Uganda: Use FedEx, DHL, or a tracked courier. Ensure the return is clearly marked as a return to avoid customs delays.
You will receive a refund for the item price only (original shipping fee is non-refundable).
4. Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-printed shirts, personalized name/number shirts, or made-to-measure items are non-returnable, unless there is a clear defect. We will honor a return or replacement if:

The printing is incorrect compared to your submitted design

The shirt has a factory error or quality failure
We recommend double-checking all custom details before finalizing your order.
5. The Return Process – Step by Step

You’ll receive a response within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll provide:

We process refunds within 10 business days from the date we receive and inspect your return. Once approved:

Please allow your bank an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund
We do not offer refunds as store credit unless specifically requested.
7. Shipping Fees, Taxes, and Customs

For returns from Uganda, we do not charge customs, re-import, or handling fees

Both U.S. and Uganda orders are tax-free and duty-free upon return

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

Wrong address provided? Contact us ASAP. If the item is returned to sender, we can reship (additional charges may apply).

Refused delivery? Treated as a customer-initiated return.
